CLIENT OBJECTIVE

The city of Northport is a picturesque small town located near the Leelanau Peninsula’s northern tip. With beautiful waterfront on the Grand Traverse Bay, Northpoint is an idealistic location for adventure and relaxation. The client’s goal with regards to this project was two-fold: to create jobs that would stimulate further development in Northport, and to create an environment inspired by the natural beauty of Northern Michigan, giving local residents a place to gather and socialize.

PD SOLUTION

The Paradigm team designed a family-friendly dining and entertainment center that includes a six-lane bowling boutique, a full-service restaurant, sports bar, small arcade room, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy Northern Michigan’s natural beauty. The facility has become a local favorite and a thriving tourist hot spot.
