Paradigm Design Office

Client Objective:

The goals set in place for the Paradigm Design Office building were to develop an economical office building on a site with easy access to the neighboring highway. Requirements for the project included corporate office space for the Paradigm team as well as additional tenant space for future revenue generation.

PDI Solution:

The site of PDI’s corporate offices was originally deemed “un-developable” by property developers due to the difficult sloping terrain and surrounding wetlands. The Paradigm team solved these barriers through creative siting of the building, and the use of a meandering segmental retaining wall extending the length of the site. Metal panels and custom textured exterior insulation finish systems were used to provide a modern architectural statement, reflecting the corporate image. Two additional levels provide leasable tenant space, utilizing the hillside terrain for grade-level access on each floor.
